VAKUL	The name of the village where Jovan Mijovich committed atrocities during wartime, at least according to Zoran Bruner and other villagers who seek revenge in "Verdict".	"Verdict"
VALENTI, MASSIMA	A freelance supplier for The Collective who is attempting to acquire twenty anthrax rockets. She is captured by Nikita, with the help of Martin Henderson.	"All the World's A Stage"
VALENTINE OP	An operative skilled at using romance or sexual manipulation to achieve a goal. Corliss, in "Kiss The Past Goodbye", is one of these.	several episodes
VALERIE	A new Section One profiler who dates both Walter and Birkoff, creating a rift between them.	"Third Party Ripoff"
VALERY	A drug dealer working with Oliver Price; he is captured by Section One and forced to cooperate in an effort to trap Price.	"Choice"
VAN ACCESS	The entrance into (or exit out of) Section One that is normally used by operatives on a mission. In Season One, this portal led directly to a waiting van; in subsequent seasons it led to a lift large enough for up to a dozen people, with equipment, at the end of a short, tubular walkway. (One assumes this lift delivers a team to a garage where Section vehicles are kept.) The term "van access" is also sometimes used to describe the corridor by which one reaches the walkway.
VELDEN, OLIVIER	Mid-level player in black market weapons that Section One wants to "turn".	"Third Party Ripoff"
VENCHIK	A Section One debriefer -- a person trained in interviewing and interrogation techniques. All operatives returning from a mission are, generally, debriefed, and the transcripts of these interviews become part of the mission log.	"Outside the Box"
VICKERS LOG FILE	A Section One database listing all those permitted access to the highly confidential material stored on Level Two.	"Approaching Zero"
VICTOR	Nicknamed "The Cleaner," Victor is the man called in to clean up botched missions. He is a cold-blooded killer who dispatches Maximilien Jedreck's bodyguards, gives them and Jedreck an acid bath, and also slays one of Nikita's team when the latter loses his nerve. Victor is killed by guards during an escape, with Nikita, from Jedreck's embassy. Played by Jean Reno (born in Morocco to Spanish parents), who would appear in a couple more Luc Besson films, most notably in the title role of The Professional (1994), and who would co-star with Robert DeNiro in the action film Ronin (1998). (Trivia: The Professional was titled The Cleaner is some markets.)	Nikita
VICTOR	The role played by Jean Reno in the French film, reprised by Harvey Keitel. Keitel's "Victor" is ordered to eliminate Maggie following the Bahktiar mission; he is killed in the struggle that ensues.	PONR
VIZCANO	A member of Nikita's team in "First Mission". She challenges Nikita's authority, and we learn that she is in love with Michael. She's killed by Peter Stark.
